[Crash]On new turn after reloading

Loasing saved game.

hitting new turn.

Crash.

Uploaded debug.err : bug report 70498. I'm unable to add text to the bug report after hitting OK accidentally (I thought ok ment upload the file since it was on the same line, not ok send the report - my bad), so I created a new one to attach the save game too, so 70499 = 70498. Sorry but I couldn't find how to edit my own text or lack of.

(and a preview post function would be nice too).

I reproduced with a different save. Looks like it's systematic whatever save I do.
