Side-by-side configuration is incorrect message on startup

I think this is a c++ prob, but any tips on how to resolve it? Apologies in advance if there is a post on this already.

I have read about this kind of problem when there is a problem with the Visual C++ redistrubutable or something. I think I read about it in the EU Rome forums.
