Sins of a Solar Empire (blank screen problem)

Hello Stardock Games,

How do I play my game i'm stuck on a blank screen?

The things I tryied to do to revalve the blank screen i was running in a dead end. Its there a live tech support. I could not fine the tech support on any of your sites; or just not in sight to find.

I just recently purchase your game Sins of a Solar Empire on 9/22/2009. I spent the time installing the game. I launch the game,  the screen stay at a blank screen,  so I couldn't tab out ,  I had to shut the pc off power. started system back up and uninstall the game.  I restarted the system to install the game just in case it was a bad install. so launch the game again, then the same problem a blank screen.  so i spent the time  reg on the inpluse now. now the reg code is regitor now.  ok now i click on the sins of a solar empire game on the impluse now selection to see the game would launch so i did. the same problem again  a blank screen. Now i am stuck. So i when to update my video drivers just incase. The video card  is a XFX geforce GX2,  os is vista 64, 8gb of rams,  cord2 quad 2.83gz... the same problem a Blank screen.
