In the city building screen...
I find the pop-up building names a bit annoying. Better if they could just always show the name. There would be room for the name (and for bigger pictures of the building) if they moved the list to one side of the screen and moved the city map off-center to the other side -- especially on wide-screen monitors.
This shouldn't be too hard for them -- its what GalCiv2 does 
Also, I'm not in love with the little image of the building that moves with the mouse. In this also, GC2 is a good model.
