Elemental Beta Not Showing Up

I pre-ordered elemental a few months ago and recently got the email to test the beta.  I registered the game in impulse and receive the little confirmation message after doing so (bottom left or right).  Sadly, no option to install the beta comes up in either my software or my games.  This is with visibility of games turned all the way up.

 

Any ideas?

I had the same issue (in fact, I think I may have ordered 3 copies since February, since I never received an e-mail from Stardock...).  There's an icon titled "Show Freeware and Demos" and another referencing "prereleases."  Make sure prereleases is clicked, and you may already have access.  Hope that helps!

Thanks Elurian, you were right. 

It took me a little while to find the 'prerelease' button you were refering to, but for anyone else having the issue: go to the top left of the app right under the icon (with Impulse right next to it) click on the little button that looks like a sheet of paper, you should see the option to show pre-releases right there.

Some people have not had the game show up despite having pre-releases checked. In this case:

-Click the menu button in the upper left
-Choose 'Preferences...'
-Click the 'Reset Data' button
-Close impulse and relaunch it. You may notice a long update time, which is normal as it is rebuilding the deleted info.
