[BUG] Bottom right tech completion bar does not display correctly text

The bar at the bottom right sometimes does not display correctly the info about the tech being researched. Specifically sometimes the text is truncated at the description instead at the time remaining. Could either display first the time or to dynamically change fonts as to keep all the text fitting in the bar.
