Don't think this is normal behavior. In Win7 RC x64 I alt-tabbed out of the game and then clicked the icon down on the start bar again to bring the game back up, but it started a new instance of the game instead...
Maybe a different title then?

Well, alt-tabbing alone doesn't do it. I assume the app itself is responsible for recognizing whether to start another instance when the icon on the taskbar is clicked, but I really don't know how that actually works. Whatever the cause, the effect is that a second instance is running beside the first, and I know that most games don't allow that to happen.
Hmm, yep I've got this here. Same problem - Win7 X64 (Technet) RTM version.
This happens to Elemental when you pin the program to the taskbar and launch it, alt tab out and then click the pinned program icon. The only way back into your game is to alt-tab this should be fixed.
