[BUG] Criss Crossing of City Borders Graphic

Now I know I have a lot of graphics issues with the Radeon 1900XTX I use, but this seems to be a different type from the others I'm seeing.

After conquering the other town/soverign that started right next to me I found that the borders got all screwed up as shown below.

Yeah got that as well, happens until they grow enough to mold together.
