[BUG] Graphics on map go bye bye

For some reason on my work setup.  The map just goes to its brown background color.  I can see a few of the items and places (on cloth map) if I get my Soverign near enough to one.  I also loose the city screen where I cant place anything.  I get the city outline but not the overlay that allows me to add buildings.  I dont have any terrain features on the cloth map either.  THis also happens everytime if I alt tab out.  I have a radeon 1500 here at work.  Need anymore info let me know.

Post the debug file.  The alt-tab issue is already known.
