[BUG] Save Game Screen

Two bugs from the save game screen, both reproducible.  My screenshots and debug log are at home, so I'll upload them when I can get to them.

1. Despite entering a name for a saved game, I am unable to save.  The "Save Game" button remains greyed-out.

2. Double-clicking on the saved game name (e.g., "highlight all") results in the majority of the text box being covered with a black box which cannot be removed except by exiting the save game screen.  Double-clicking and then pressing delete / backspace does not remove the previously-entered text, which is still partially visible above and below the black text box.

I had this problem too, and solved it, I think...I changed to a lower resolution (I was at 1600x1200) and windowed mode...after I restarted the game I could save, even after switching back to 1600x1200 and fullscreen. Good Luck
