Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

Unless I'm missing something, which I could be, there should be a way to destroy/remove buildings in a city. I've messed up many of times placing a building.
It might be under the "manage your city" option which is currently disabled. That's my thought.
If you mean before they are built, you can just delete them from the build order tab. If you mean after they are finished, don't know that answer yet.
