[CRASH] switched to Windows and then the tab of the game only contained a black window.

After creating the game I put civilization to the research slot. Then I found a town and built an Inn and Castle in it. Then I pressed next turn and windows switched tasks and threw me to desktop while the application still ran. After the system stabilized I tried to activate the game’s tab but all I got was a black window of the game’s resolution in windowed mode. The program was not responding so i ended its tasks.
