[Suggestion] Known Issues List, frequently updated.

If there is one, I apologize, I havent seen it...just point me at it, and ignore this.  But the Beta has been out for a Day, and already there are far too many threads to reasonably expect anyone to  keep track of.

Something like this would help reduce redundant noise.  The game has been testing for a while, so I would have thought the initial beta would have lead off with something like this.
