I just conquered Rele, and founded it's sister city to the west a turn later. Then the boundaries got messed up.
I just had the same bug, in the exact same way.

I find it strange that Stardock got the kingdom's boundaries wrong since they had a previous experience on boundaries with GC2 influence areas
It's not that they got it 'wrong', it's just a bug. Its not as if this happens all the time.
