[BUG] Edge scroll does not work on left side and most of buttom side

First of all, edge scroll behaves strange - it is related to the map, rather than to the camera. But this has been reported

The bug that I report here is that there is only narow region at the buttom where the edge scroll is activated, and on the left side it just does not work at any point.

Tried different scroll speeds and resolutions including native resolotion 1680x1050. The behavior is consistent.

I got this when I was playing as Perriden.  I played as Kraxis as well, and the same thing happened, except it was the right side that didn't work.  It may be faction, or race, specific.

Copy this bug. Exact same problem as the topic starter. Only on the right side of the screen the scrolling seems to work like it should.

I get this bug everytime: for me the left side doesnt work, the right side scrolls left the top right corner scrolls right and I think thats all the messed up stuff.

On dual-screen the side adjacent to the other screen isn't bounded either, so you can't scroll on that side.
