[BUG] Technology UI badge disapearing

Do the following:

1. Make a new game
2. Klick on technology button
   
3. Drag and drop "warfare" into the "Currently Researching" drop-well
4. drag (but do not release) "warfare" up into the main technology area again, then move down again and drop it back into the researching well
5. drag and drop"civilization" onto "warfare"

result:

• technology "civilisation" vanishes
• can be reset by clicking the technology button again
