[BUG] Illegal mine placement - FIXED

misplaced mine

I built a new city, placed the inn and houses, then left the city screen and reentered to get the mine icon to appear in the build list. I selected it and attempted to place it, though it was apparently out of range for a new city. It placed anyway, but missed its target.

This happens even when the mine is right next to the city square. But only with mines, a shrine of air worked fine for me.

You can even place lots of mines on the same spot if you click several times.

Aye, just reporting that this bug also works for me, down to the "stacked" mines.

Has it really?  How about you let them know they can look at the Elemental Beta Roundup for existing bugs?  Or maybe just link them?

Crash upon building invalid mines (1) (2)

Mine construction stacks, not limited to ore tile (may lead to crash) (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6)

ok ok I should have been more specific, but poor Kryo has so many bug reports to sift through he is getting a bit annoyed at all the duplicates

Do they not want any duplicate reports of bugs, or do they want them in an existing bug thread?

For things like this that don't need any special effort or test case to reproduce, don't worry about posting it if it already has been. Typically the roundup will only repeat major stuff (crashes, etc); I'll gather the dupes for minor issues the first time they appear, but on subsequent roundups they'll be ignored unless they shed some new light on the issue.

Fixed, though 1a is going to have mining tech removed until we can nail the other parts of the tech tree.
