So which of the other suggested tags would you have used to report this?

(It seems like a bug to me, just low severity. I wouldn't have considered it a Crash, Performance, or Suggestion item, especially because I'm used to seeing the notice in GC2 for the same setting change.)

Brad's four categories don't really cover everything (interface stuff, for example), but as this is a usability issue (working as intended but not informing the user of an action that needs to be done) and not a matter of something failing to work as designed, it'd be closest to "suggestion" of the four he gave.

I'll see about reworking the reporting how-to when I get the rest of my prefab replies set up to be more thorough.
