[BUG] Tooltips are under feather cursor

When viewing the tooltips for attack/defense/etc the words are under the cursor (i.e. the upper left hand corner of the tooltip is to the lower right of the hotspot of the cursor).  The lower right hand corner of the tooltip box should be to the upper left of the hotspot if room is available.

Basically it makes it so it's hard to read the tooltips.

As Zebgopea said, tooltip are very annoying, because you always have to move the cursor in order to read the tooltip. Once you know the meaning of each button, it becomes a small issue, but for the first time, it's really annoying
