[BUG]Failure to Reset Game When Starting Anew

When trying to make a new game during the same session as a previous one, some aspects of the previous game will not reset.

These are two example of city barriers remaining in the game even after a new game is created.

 

To reproduce:

 

1. Create a skirmish game from the main menu.

2. Place a city down.

3. Return to the main menu and create another skirmish game without saving the last one.

4. The city barrier will be there, although the city will not.

Further information on this:  If you play on until your sovereign dies you will keep all explored bits of the map and all sighted enemy units will remain in view. All built units will remain, though you will not be able to command them and you will not have a sovereign.

When i started the second game there were several borders that did not exist in the first, I do not know if these were from a new game being partly loaded, or a different bug.

To repeat:
1) Play.
2) Get sovereign killed (I managed this by attacking a troll).
3) Start new game.

A similar thing happened to me. I was like "Hey, I've started to figure out how to play this game, wooo, let's start a new one from scratch!"

When the new game started, I was like "Waaaaiiiittt a second, I've seen this world before."

In my play through, it looked as if the same world existed, along with my original faction, and I spawned near the spawn point of my first faction.

Yep, this also happended to me after I suicided my Sovergein but when I restarted my new sovergein was invisible if it happens again I will take a picture.
