Try grabbing the full installer from the impulse website and reinstalling it.

I've got a similar issue.  I tried downloading the installer from the link in the email, it downloaded, installed impulse, but no elemental.  when I check my registrations, elemental is there, it just won't download.

yep, I do, still had it checked from being on the sins beta.  no elemental.  I'm wondering if the fact that I somehow wound up with two serials to elemental has something to do with it.

I had this problem and it turned out it was because I had changed my password for the Elemental forum and this was linked to my Stardock/Impulse Account.  I wasn't logged in on Impulse anymore and did not see any feedback on that in the Impulse client (I can't remember how I figured it out).

On a related note, it sure looks like we're sending our passwords in clear text when logging into the Elemental forum.  Is this a good idea if that same password is used to access digital rights to all our games from Impulse?
