Is an Intel GMA 4500m A good enough graphics card?

the title says it all. Ive never understood really what graphics cards are better then others or how you can tell the difference. Ive never even heard of a GMA before. Only Radeon and Geforce. Maybe I havent been paying much attention. I did a search for where it would fall between the minimum requirements and recommended graphics cards. But only found one stating it was somewheres between the minimum and recommended. could someone help me out?

I kindof figured. I just wanted to know if itll run. I dont need it to be super cool graphics. But whatever i guess. Maybe ill buy myself a card and shove it in there.

I've run it on a GMA950. It works, but gets SLOW later in the game.
