Galactic Civilzations 2 Ultimate Edition Menu will not work

Seriously need help.

I was messing with the fullscreen and resolution to get it to work right. I set it at Custom and turned off full screen. Now, every time I go to the game, I cant click a SINGLE thing in the menu. Nothing. I cant even exit out save for the x on the top right. I seriously need help, Ive reinstalled the game 3 times now.

about half way down the page at point numbered 7) will get you into the options menu via my docs, you can then change the resolution to 1024 x 768 and save.  should be fine again.
