Quick question on auto-place structure option

Where on earth is it? Somehow it was turned on, and now I have no say where in the gravity well my next frigate factory or research facilities will be placed. I know it exists, but try as I might I cannot find it. Help please?

When you are in the game look to the lower right of the screen. You will see you're box with unit build, Planet options etc. Just too the left of that there are 2 small boxes. One above the other. One is to Ping a planet to you're allies and the other is auto place structures. Hope this helps.
