Entrenchment won't run

I just purchased Entrenchment and when I try to start the game I get a window with mini dump as the heading with the following location. What's the deal?

C:\-------Temp\Sins Dump\Sins-Entrenchment\v1.03-2009-02-09-03-16-6568-6968.dmp

this will likely need the hand of support. there are threads they have answered on this forum and on the main SINS forum(https://forums.sinsofasolarempire.com/) that address this. i personally have never had it happen though.
