Reinstalling Demigod without Re-Downloading

Is this possible?

I formated my Windows partition, but still have the game install intact, is there anyway to get it listed in Stardock without having to redownload?

Install impulse, click the orb, there should be a detect application button.

I formatted an XP partition and got it to run under a win 7 install without having to redownload, but it did take a few attempts and some fiddling.

There is kinda a impulse bug with this "detect application"

When you do this, your are probably prompted to updated the game and then it say you have to download again.

To fix this, just go to your registry at this place (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Stardock\Drengin.net\Demigod) or this place for x86 (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stardock\Drengin.net\Demigod) and change the version 0.0.0  with 1.0.0.

 

Restart impulse and you should be able to update.
