just gave the cat some catnip, so it would leave me alone, but that plan seems to have backfired

my daughter is sweet and looking exceptionally cute, today was picture day and we dressed her in a long black velvet dress with silvery diamondy sparkles along the neckline. We put her hair in a braid, but just the top part, leaving the bottom lose. Her hair dusted up in the prettiest little ringlets. Right now she is at Andrew's, playing gameboy.
Dinner tonight will be grilled cheese and soup, and maybe a stalk of celery or two.
and i will kiss jim
and my rag is starting
it will be a bad one this time, i predict
soon enough they will stop

my life is happy now, finally rainbows are everywhere...
i am so not ready for the final curtain, so we need a new act...
wonder what it will be?
maybe not a new act, but a symphonic duet, an extension of the old in beautiful harmony
