hmmm... I don't get it... here is fine but the old wincusto isn't working. no one is having problems with the Wincustomize Browser?

Maybe its Verizon or some type of NY/East caost problem.

Textbanners.net is also working fine for me. I'm on the East coast, but I'm up in Maine. Maybe Verizon is having a problem. I'd check with their tech support and see if they can access these domains.

Both of your links took me to operating pages.

Have you updated Norton or McaFee? Sometimes their updates really screw with things. Windows updates, too.

I have on occasion people report similar problems where they cannot connect to our site.  I have not been able to solve where the problem lies.  I'm not sure if it is a client side issue or server side issue.  But if you are still having the problem try and get ahold of me on irc.stardock.com #stardock and I will see if I can help find the problem.

Ok guys... I went to a friends house and everything was ok, but I come back home and it out like a light.

I'm checking my McAfee update to see what is the problem.
T-Man, let me take a look around my computer. If anything I'll reach out to you on Monday with the details (or worst case situation, with questions as to how to solve my problem)

Firewall setting... go figure. thanks guys.

I had it set a specific way weeks ago but it just effected WinCusto about 2 days ago.

Strange that it effecting the site now.

But anyway, that was it.

My Boot Skin will not work propaly. It shows up and then it makes my computer restart and ask if i want to use Safe Version.

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE!!!!

At the end of the day, what firewall and what setting were causing problems? Anyone else experiencing issues getting to the site that they managed to solve (or you'll not be seeing this text, obviously).

My WCBrowser isn't working either. Nothing has been changed or updated that would effect anything. I reset the discuss boards and then everything disappeared. Can't see any topics listed. And there are no selections for discuss under settings either. My SDC seemed to update ok though. My discuss topics changed over, old ones disappeared.

Remove the files in the Discussion directory. That should sort it for the moment, when it redownloads them.
