Runtime Error for both Sins and Entrenchment

So I had to wipe my computer the other day. I've reinstalled Sins and updated it, then I purchased Entrenchment and installed it. When I go to start up either the Sins Launcher or Entrenchment I get a Runtime error. It really doesn't give me any other information other than that. Does anyone know what is going on and how to fix it?

OS: Vista Home Premium 32bit (Service Pack 1)

Processor: Intel Core Duo 2.5 Ghz

Memory: 4GB Ram

Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT

Try doing a fresh Sins download, rather than installing from disk and patching. Is your Windows fully updated also? After a format not everyone runs through all the Windows updates, who knows. A runtime error is usually Windows failing to execute the code in some manner.
