Cannot connect to NAT facilitator

I get this message every time I connect to a skirmish or try to host a game. I've already opened the port range for both udp and tcp on my router, have no active firewall.

Anyone know what else might be causing this?

Never, even games like starcraft that've been released for a decade and have had more than ten bug fix patches released for them still have issues.
