I just re-watched 'The Other Sister'.

I forgot how good it was....how good it is.

Never mind the stellar performaces from Juliette Lewis and Giovanni Ribinisi (which I just have to mention because they're so damn awesome)

The simplicity of the story, of the plot. The simplicity of the characters....

...it served as a reminder to me that sometimes all you really do need is love.

I agree about the gotti family...if you can really call them that, but I love the Dog and his dogletts. I think the Dog is good television, and I can never get through an episode without laughing, and it always ends on a "feel-good" note. Try watching it some more. Honestly! It's good television.
I wish the Dog and his family the very best. Beth the wife is a bit harsh, but the Dog loves her, and she is for real.
