Entrenchment/Impulse failing

okay, my brother got entrenchment and he has a computer, and i have a laptop

we're both really excited about entrenchment

so he put it on his computer first, and everything worked fine

but when he put it on my laptop for me, it didnt work :(

he said that when he loaded his up, and was connected to the net *as i am now*

he went into impulse to install it, and entrenchment was already there, but with mine

there is no entrenchment, and i cant get it to work.

can someone guide me through installing entrenchment for me please, cause my brother is out, and doesnt have his phone on him

You have to register both games in Impulse using the eMail-address and serial number from the first registration. In Impulse: the ? in the top right corner, the first option.

If that doesn't help please describe in more detail how you allready tried to get it to work.

ok, what happened was my brother bought entrenchment over the net. he downloaded the updates on my laptop but entrenchment wasn't showing up no matter how many times i clicked refresh. he then went to his pc and when he opened up impulse, it was there for him to download. so he downloaded it but it still hasn't shown up on mine yet, i dont know why. does it have anything to do with my comp having vista??? im not sure.

Im going to try uninstalling it and see if i can get it to work in that way, i don't know if it will work though...
