What can i do if i have tried everything?

I have tried all the tips, tricks, tweaks and guides on setting my computer and network to allow me to play Demigod.  Nothing has provided any change in connectivity (zero to begin with).  What should i do.  Would be requesting a refund be too hastey?  If i were to request a refund who would i contact since stardock has stopped phone support.  The only option i see hope to god that a patch (if impulse would acctually download patches) corrects the problem.  Or am i just shit out of luck and forty dollars?

You can contact support at [email protected]. You can either let us try and help you work through what's could be causing the issues or request a refund.  It sounds like if Demigod won't connect and Impulse won't download patches that there may be something going on preventing these applications from communicating with our servers.
