I am new to impulse and I recently spent $80 total on your games and cannot seem to download them all they do when i click download is say preparing, then retrying, then they stay at 0.0% until they say error
My other friend has that same problem on his computer, I've beenn trying to figure it out.
It is possible that if you have some antivirus/antispyware/firewall software installed it may be interfering with Impulse. Please try adding exclusions for Impulse.exe within these types of programs. If this does not help, please send us your Impulse error log and your startup/dxdiag info as detailed in this thread: https://forums.stardock.com/341573
