Citadel upgrades

I have not seen a post on this yet but is there a place in game to see who has upgraded what on the citadel? Most games I end up with the highest amount of upgrades and I am trying to rally others (in 6-8 person games) and they always say they did when in fact it was 1 upgrade or none. Would be nice to see what everyone has done in game to "encourage" the non contributors.

I think it would be a nice touch. I agree that it would encourage people to upgrade more so that they can get "credit" for it, heh.
