It'll be in the next phase of Impulse, but you can always use Ventrillo or Teamspeak meanwhile.
What kind of timeline does the next phase of impulse have? 2009? 2010?
Me and a mate have been using Skype so far. Though obviously with everyone using their preferred software no real co-ordination will be possible until the Impulse update.
