As title says, blood mist (level 15 skill on mist path) supposedly gives +30 regen while in mist form. well...that doesn't happen. When I a in mist form my health freezes....(nothing hapens)
The tooltip is a bit ambiguous. It says it gives health regen to your allies. I'm not sure if that's supposed to include yourself or not because currently it doesn't.
All healing/health regeneration is disabled on Erebus when he goes into mist form. Having the buff apply to him wouldn't matter since he can't regen or be healed in mist 
So, it works as it should.
