Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

I emailed about merging 2 accounts and got the issue resolved (and a response) in about 28 hours.
2 days. Working days?
Err, one working day. 28 hours may technically be more than one day, yes. But I emailed on Thursday, got the response on Friday. Maybe that's more clear

They don't work weekends, and you should have gotten an auto-reply after you sent it in.
