Party Pantheon System

Hey It would be nice if you could party up for ranked Pantheon games much like Dawn of War II. In concerns with the friend system... it could like be Dawn of War II where you could join your friends game instead of searching for one and hoping you could join together before getting full.

The friend system is nothing more than being able to chat with them, it has no particular use. Need to fix

I think it's planned. I remember reading it somewhere but for the life of me I can't remember where.
