To the OP, yes I'm on Singnet and am having problems with the multiplayer. The only game so far that I have had to forward ports and stuff like that. And even after doing all that. It doesn't work.
Alright Voodoo thanks for the input. Guess im gonna get this game refunded asked a guy to come over and check my router for faults and still to no avail so its the games problem, i feel really cheated.
