not yet, ppl in beta are able to reinstall and get the full version now, but all pre orders waiting for keys via email within next 2 to 3 hours i guess, tho kryo yesterday said 9am till midday EDT so about 1 hour 15 minutes left lol, but that could probably overlap some.. these 2 links are 2 active threads already giving everyone's thoughts.
