National Hockey League Playoffs!

Can the NY Rangers select who they'll be playing against this Sunday?

Montreal is IN, if only Markov can cure the knee injured by the MapleThiefs, fast enough.

Tell me which team will win the Stanley Cup -- before it even all starts;

Idk this is hard question. I might have to say Boston that is of course my team doesnt make it into playoffs.

There is still hope for my Preds!!!!!! After that last game agaisnst the Red Wings, I have hope!!!!!!!!

Injuries are making things really hard to guess... Hossa is down in Detroit, Elias in NJ... But also, every team is better than last year... Detroit vs MTL/Pitts last year wasn't really hard to guessm but this year, man it's gonna be tight.

I would go for

SJ vs Boston with Boston winning it in 6.

I wonder if anyone is gonna get here fast enough to pick Carolina - cuz, this IS the most incredible end_of_season climb of late years; they sure have a momentum, trick is who between Pittsburgh or Philadelphia can be on their path - by choice!

If somebody wants to gamble, St.Louis are playing incredibly well till the trade deadline... actually, they are the best team since then in the NHL (according to win %). Them and Carolina are nice sleeper picks

Well, both the above "entries" aren't valid to participate in our guessing attempts as they are simple opinions... but, if they want to pick any other teams before the deadline they are most welcomed to return here!

At any rate, we may have to select a second choice for ourselves during the first round.

Ooh, that's tough, man. If you can get past the Bruins though, you have a real shot.

This is what is sooooooo great about the "current" sport of Hockey -- Salary caps created balanced teams to the point where anything can happen in the series. The advantages are just about scratched from game one 'til the last. St-Louis & Columbus are two great examples of these latest magical numbers.

The toughest trophy to win in ALL of sports. Not even International Football World Cup compares.

Best of 7, goaltenders are key though.
