Banned because in my country people CANNOT learn english in school. It is "teached" in school, however, the educational system is so lame, that people HAVE to take extra classes in private learning centres, ($$$$$paid) in order to learn a language that is being "teached" at school.

So it has been like this for years now: School's english class = for grades, $paid classes to actually learn.
