EDIT\\\ Besides the Albion w/ Suzaku, MAYBE Lord Bismark using his Geass... other than that, no.

1 )  I don't believe Suzaku and Kallen are on the same level.  Suzaku lacks spirit.  Now if he let go of his emotional baggage, He could definitely be a match.

Maybe the opposite actually, because very often, I find that I am constantly bored, and I get very rarely stressed by every day things.

Banned for believing that there is an opposite to OCD. We are all, in fact, on a spectrum for it. That means that everyone has some tiny thing that upsets them when it's wrong. The most common one is apparently misplacing an apostrophe.
