My favorite Cursor skinner is.. who ever puts out the next awesome cursor I play with, and the next and the next so on and so forth.. Im always finding my newest favorite cursor, and there have been many artists in the list.  I cant pick just one, as my mood/ theme changes so does my cursor.. :)
