Is there any way of getting patch 1.1 for Sins of a Solar Empire?
I'm asking because I've recently downloaded a mod that only works for version 1.0 or 1.1 of SoSE. Annoyingly, impulse only offers v1.15 and I don't think the mod would run on that.
So is there any way of getting the 1.1 patch for SoSE?
As you know, there is no way to get anything but the latest patch. If you had not created an archive in the past you will likely be unable to use the mod. Going forward, you will want to create an archive before updating. To do this, click the orb in the upper left and then choose 'Preferences'. Click the 'Archive & Install' listing on the left and then check the box that says 'Archive applications before updating' and then uncheck 'overwrite existing archives on update'. Doing this will build you a library of each patched version going forward.
