how do i open up a ticket?

 

Ever since I DL'de impulse ive been having issues. I cant run entrench. First of all it reloaded SINS for some reason even though i already owned it on disc and had it registered. After that it installed entrench, but when i run it it keep freezing before i get to play. 

Can you just refund me my money?.

I dont have time to deal with issues like this, im 27 work and have a family. Thanks in advance for your response.

does sins lock up or just entrenchment?

what does impulse say are your installed versions of each?

should be easy enough to...at...worst...uninstall sins and entrechment completely, and then reinstall using impulse (not the cd).  the reg codes should already be connected to your impulse account.  once sins is installed and fully updated, then install entrenchment again.

if you are locking in both sins and entrenchment, then you have something else going on.  maybe a video driver issue or something.  to troubleshoot that we will need more specifics about your os and hardward.

You will need to manually remove the game folder, and run the fix below before you'll be able to re-install.

Go to C:\Program Files\Stardock Games\Sins of a Solar Empire (or where ever you installed the game) and delete the main Sins folder.

Once you do this, download the file below (follow the link in IE, as other browsers will simply display it as a text file):

http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/sins_entrenchment_fix.reg

Save the file to your Desktop and run it from your machine. Then, reboot your PC and go back to Impulse and try installing the base game. Make sure it installs to 1.15 version, test it out before then installing entrenchment.
