You see I wan't a fast gameplay I got tierd of waiting hours just to build up a nice army, so is there a way I can edit the game files? Course this is singleplayer only I know, never play multiplayer 
You know you can change the game speed in the options menu right? Default is normal but there are fast settings!!!!
Umm....in single player you can actually change the game speed IN GAME. I think it is just the plus or minus key, right? I can't remember the bindings off the top of my head.....I never play single player.
Yeah - + and minus speed it up and down
1x, 2x, 4x, 6x and 8x iirc are the available options
