I think that's a good thing. Seriously - I love the TB's voice and his lines. They fit his storyline very well. He was burned alive, after all.

And of course the insane screams. I love it! 
yeah its overpoweringly evil after a short while.
I also feel the need to eat when i play him in fire....
What we need is user initiated taunts. E.g. The mad laugh of Louis in Left4Dead 
BTW I'm not stating this one way or the other as a bad or good thing. I'm on the fence.
It's very comical sounding, but I don't necessarily mind that. The game doesn't really have enough of a backstory or firm context / setting for the seriousness of the "characters" to matter.
