Sins Registration

Well, I decided I should update my sins today, but much to my horror I found I have to download impulse in order to do so.

So I downloaded it, spent 15mins trying to register and when it finally worked it would not let me update until I had registered the game as well.

The popup message directed me to the registration page and asked for my serial number, email and game.

So I type them in, only to be confronted with an error; 'Product registration failed: the email address or serial number you entered is invalid. Check to make sure that you have entered the correct information.'

Ok, so maybe the '0' in the key is actually an 'O'. I retype the number. 'The serial number you have entered is not recognised by impulse. Only serial numbers provided by stardock will be accepted.'

I double check the email address that was automatically entered for me, I double check the game which was also automatically entered for me and I retype the key twice just to be sure, but it will not allow me to register.

It won't even tell me who to email for support.

If you can either PM me your serial number or send it to [email protected] we can look into it for you and see if we can get it added to your account. If you can also send any alternative email addresses you may have used to make an account with previously that would be great.

Checking your 'Nickname' I may have found 2 accounts for you, under two different e-mails. This can confuse Impulse and result in the issue your seeing.

Please e-mail us at [email protected] and we can determine if these two accounts are yours, merge them and you will then be all set and Impulse will welcome you, rather than confuse you.
